An order is eligible for cancellation within 12 hrs of order placement or before it has been processed for shipment at our warehouse whichever may be sooner.  

To initiate a request for cancellation please write to us on with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject.

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

Our return/exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt

Full Price Standard Merchandise

Return/Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at from your registered email id to trigger the request.

COD Orders

  • The amount is refunded as mkoal Gift card which you can use for your future orders
  • COD handling charges (INR 50) charged at the time of placing the order are non refundable.

Prepaid Orders

  • Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)

Discounted Standard Merchandise (Including SALES, OFFERS, PROMO CODES etc.)

  • Return/Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at from your registered email id to trigger the request.
  • All refunds for discounted merchandise (Prepaid & COD) are issued as Gift Cards only.

International Orders*
*Pls note we accept only prepaid payment mode for International orders

  • We do not provide a reverse pick up facility in case of international shipments. All back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer
  • All applicable brokerage or custom charges on international shipments will be paid by the customer.
  • All other applicable conditions and terms of our return and refunds above apply to international returns.

Exclusion from Return/Exchange

  • Customised & Tailored* Merchandise: Both Full price & Discounted;
    *Please note, custom sizes, add length, add sleeves, any modifications on products are treated as Tailored products
  • Only alteration can be provided on a case to case basis
  • Alteration request has to be raised within 7days of receipt of product
  • Accessories (Jewellery, Belts & Masks) can be replaced only in case the products delivered are damaged/defective

** Handling charges of INR 95 applicable on all orders below INR 1000 are not refunded in case of any return

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange: 

  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
  • All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
  • Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case an incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece
  • To ensure your mkoal garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection
  • All alteration/exchange/return requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at from your registered email id to trigger the request.
  • It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post the request has been triggered from your end.
  • Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for triggering pickup again.

Return/Exchange Process: 

We will initiate the reverse pick-up once we receive your return/exchange request, our logistics partner will get in touch with you and request a convenient time and date for the pick-up. Please note, the product should be handed over within 5 days of raising the return/exchange request. Any later pick-ups will not be considered for return/exchange.

  • Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and the product should also have the original tags/packaging in place. Post that, we will process your refund/exchange as per your request. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Please note an exchange request will be accepted only twice against the original order.
  • For exchange cases, the entire process, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on the date of reverse pick up of the product.

To cancel your exchange request, you can call us on +91-11-43078400 or mail us at with your order no. and email id within 24 hours of placing an exchange request.


In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) for full price prepaid orders. In case of COD orders and orders placed at discounted prices (including prepaid orders placed at discounted price), you will get store credit in the form of the mkoal gift card.

Please note that we do not refund cash for Cash On Delivery orders.
